  • Hailing LAWYERS: GO GET THEM REAL ESTATE AGENTS........go on!

So apparently whatever regulatory body that over sea real estate agents govern themselves.  psh?

Conflict of interest is written all over this sleezy, slimmy industry: 1) There are tons of flippers that are real estate agents. They buy their client's houses at low prices, dupe their clients into thinking there's no one else out there and buy them to make a profit 2) when they say they're going to put the house on the market for X number of days and look at all the bids at the same time, often times it gets taken off the market early, mean while buyers may be waiting to make a bid.  If we are going by the efficient market theory where this benefits both the seller and buyer, this is NOT working.  3) Real estate agents's incentive is get the deal SOLD as FAST as possible.  Forget good advice or getting the best price for the seller or giving buyers equal opportunity, bottom line is HURRY HURRY HURRY. We're talking about large sums of money here man!

Can I get a Spitzer to step up pulease? ..to protect the consumer....like the research settlement?

  • A couple of Silly Thoughts

    1.  Without Trader Joes in NYC, I don't know what I would be.  They sell these awesome frozen asparagus bags that if u microwave, it turns into real asparagus!  They are soo good and most importantly so easy to prepare!

    2. Today I got a booklet of Subway coupons.  I was sooo happy.  This is like my new favorite lunch spot.  Even though ti is soo simple, I love their turkey sandwiches with onion and mayo.  Gross?  NOOooo...soo good.

    3.  Chef Boyard raviolis are SOOO clutch when there's nothing to eat.

    4. I was in seattle this weekend and I biked for like 20 miles.  There are muscles in my body that hurts that I didn't know existed.  And no one ever tells u that the most painful thing about biking is the butt injury caused from road bumps.  ouch.  It's like my entire butt and bone is bruised.  And worst worst part!  it's not the butt, but the area in the crack because of how the seat is shaped.

    5.  I also went to the Red Hook Brewery this past weekend in seattle.  Tried the IPA that was like 6.5% alcohol content.  This was the best brewery tour I've been to.  They give u 16 ounches of beer in 1 hr.  And because I had to drive, I only got to taste them.  Pete on the other hand, drank like 5 beers and passed out in the car.  HAHAHA.  Oh yah - and the tour was free, except we tipped the lady $1 each.

    6.  Lastly - my basketball team is in the championships.  Woot Woot!  But the sad thing is that we can't win.  We don't want to get bumped into a more competitive league.  grr.

  • Chafed boobies:

I've always thought that guys and girls were so damn unequal.  We have periods, bras aka perminant hoisters since age of 12 for the rest of our lives, hair removal processes including shaving, plucking (which are unnatural), and wear heels that makes us have back, leg, and feet problems, not to mention pointy shoes that create bunions and hammer toes by jamming ur toes into a not normal amt of space.  All things that we must live with, sometimes suffer through because we are who we are.

Today, someone told me about guys having "chafed nipples" from running.  The reason is because their shirts I guess cause friction against the nipple since it sticks out.  Anyway, if you run a lot, I guess this is a real problem.

How great is that....not a pro blem for me....we got bras!
